What is partial wheel toe angle?
Partial wheel toe angle is distance difference between measured inner and outer tire parts relative to car longitudinal axis
Toe angle can be expressed in millimeters or degrees
Excessively large positive toe angle causes outer tire shoulder wear, and excessively large negative toe angle causes inner tire shoulder wear.
